Our home in Spanish Fork is up for SALE or RENT. It is proximately 3100 square feet. Next door to the golf course. We gutted the entire house in 2007, everything is brand new. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. 3 full bathrooms. The basement was finished in 2008. It has a very nice storage room and cold storage. The rooms in the basement have very large closets. We are asking Rent for around 1,700 or SALE for around 300,000, we are willing to negotiate both. We are looking for anyone that will take care of it like it was there own. We do not want any pets inside, and no smoking. We would consider a pet outside. NICOLE!! I didn't realize how close you are to having your baby. How exciting, good luck! Hope everyone is feeling better and everything goes well. I'm super jealous, I still have 2 1/2 months, but it feels like it might as well be another 9, miserable! So worth it, I know! Keep us posted!
