Lagoon Day

Westland Construction had a work party at Lagoon. It was so much fun! The whole day was centered around the kids. It was so fun to see there little faces light up on a ride. This was Carson's first trip to an amusement park and I think he had the time of his life. We left Ellie home with Nana,Papa & Auntie Carla. Thank you so much for doing that, it made our day so much easier and she would not have had very much fun in her stroller all day. I had forgotten how much fun Lagoon is. Carson keeps asking when we can go back. Soon! It was really fun to spend time with the Houghton family. Thank you Stan for making it possible for us to go. We had a lot of fun.

Carson & Berkley had so much fun on the Bumper Car's. It was funny to watch them figure out how to make the cars work!

This is the new ride WICKED!! Oh my goodness, it was so scary but fun at the same time. Todd and Shelly had to really convince me it was going to be fine! It literally went straight up and straight down. I thought going down would be scarier but going up was bad because you were going so fast! I had fun in the end!

Carson loved so many rides, the Airplanes, Train ride, Roller Coaster, Helicopters but the Bumper Cars was his favorite. We had a hard time getting all the kids to go on something else.
The Great Grandma's were happy to come along.

CraZy ~SCARY ~ MorNinG

Is this not the SCARIEST thing you have ever seen???? I was out running this morning and about stepped on this nasty Scorpion!!! I think I jumped 100 feet!! I didn't know for sure if it was alive but I wasn't going to find out either! I have never seen one of these before, they are so ugly and you could see right through it! I went and finished me run and then went home to get my camera so I could take a picture of the yucky thing! I showed Todd and he wanted to go see it too. Well he brought the darn thing home! I about died! Todd said it was the biggest one he had ever seen! We showed Carson and told him if he ever saw one of these big or small to RUN!! I am scared to go camping with these running around! I don't think I will ever get used to the yucky bugs here! I will definitely keep my eyes more open now, especially where my little ones play!! What a great way to start off a morning~scared to death!! :)

Surpise BirThdAy in LaS VeGas

Todd surprised me for my Birthday! He took me to Las Vegas to stay in the Venetian and to see the Blue Man show!! I was so excited, we dropped Ellie and Carson off at Brooke and Brandon's.(Thank You so Much!!!) We went and ate at Olive Garden and then headed to the hotel. It was so pretty inside! They had so many things to see. We really loved the Blue Man show, if you haven't seen it you should, it is really worth the money! Thank you Todd for a wonderful Birthday! I love you!This is inside the Venetian, we wanted to go for a ride but it was $16 a person so we passed, plus everyone looks at you and takes pictures so it wouldn't be very romantic anyways!
At the end of the show TONSand TONS of toilet paper goes everywhere and they send it up to the front, we were all covered! It was a really fun night! The music and drums were amazing!

They are pretty cool looking, if you get too close the paint splatters off on you!
This is the view from our room. We got to our room around 2:30 am and our bathroom was so disgusting, they hadn't cleaned it so I called the main desk and they upgraded us to a view room! I guess it helps to complain!!

It was a really nice room, it still grosses me out so I NEVER where bare feet, I even shower in flip flops! I know I'm retarded but it is so nasty!

CaMpInG with HoUgHtOn Family

We went up Skyline camping with Todd's family. We had a lot of fun. Carson and Ellie had so much fun playing with cousin's, the dirt, the 4-wheeler's and the dogs! (Ellie kept everyone up all night, that is not normal for her, she is such a great sleeper. She was scared and didn't know where she was!) Carson and Ellie loved playing with there cousin's Avery, Berkley and Paisley, they haven't seen each other for a long time. It was fun to be with everyone! We camped with friends and they had little 4-wheeler's for there kids, Carson LOVED it! We couldn't get him off of it!
